Andy Burrows BSc (Hons) ACA - Andy is the business brain behind Mithril. Qualified as a chartered accountant, and with more than ten year's experience in financial management, he ensures that the company stays afloat with a budget almost as tight as his trousers! One day we'll put a smile on his face by making a profit! But he's not just the numbers guru. He's an experienced guitarist and songwriter, and is involved with recording and arranging whenever he can tear himself away from his spreadsheets.

Ben Burrows BMus (Hons) MA PGCE - Ben is Head of Production and co-owner of Mithril. Having worked in higher education, teaching the latest music technology and sound engineering and production techniques, he has built up a wealth of skill in the area. He is also a pretty useful guitarist - whether classical or rock or anything in between - and a versatile composer and songwriter. But he's never happier than when he's sat at his Mac, with Pro Tools or Logic, getting the latest cool mix completed.
