Motor City Preservation is a small, minority owned business that works with Local and State Land Bank Authority Contractors, Fannie Mae, HUD, and realtors to provide high-quality work in REO, Pre-REO and Foreclosed property preservation, maintenance and repair services... Motor City Preservation adheres to ALL Local and State ordinances and statutes. We work hand in hand with Authorities to make sure every job is in compliance.
