MSE was founded in 2018 by Naval Engineer Diego Athayde as a consulting and survey company in the naval segment. Motivated to meet a growing technical demand in projects in the port, maritime and fluvial area, MSE had its initial performance in local shipping companies in Rio de Janeiro, presenting technical solutions and operational support through surveyor, MWS and Port Captain services... We are a marine engineering company that works in the technical and operational areas of the maritime, fluvial and port sector... We have a highly qualified team of engineers, technicians and surveyors working in a combined and interdisciplinary way. We always aim to promote solutions for our client's projects and operations, with high technical quality.
