Columbus Park is an evidence-based treatment practice which means that we utilize interventions ("treatments") that are supported by published research demonstrating effectiveness (the "evidence"). We work from an anti-diet, Health at Every Size® (HAES) perspective which translates into celebrating body diversity, respecting body autonomy, and supporting our clients in moving beyond weight and food preoccupation to more affirming and fulfilling pursuits... Our expert providers offer recovery coaching and virtual meal support to individuals anywhere in the world... Columbus Park offers structured outpatient programming (IOP) for clients who need more intensive treatment. We combine individual therapy, group and meal support in 2-3-hour blocks during day or evening hours up to five days per week. Our IOP is designed with flexibility to accommodate busy work or school schedules and is customized to meet each individual patient's needs.
