After an initial consultation on your current running ability and race plans / goals he can design a training plan for you to follow and also offer support during the plan term... Neil is trained in Remedial & Sports Massage and also Swedish Massage Therapy having qualified with Scottish Massage Schools. He can offer a range of treatments from his treatment room at runrecover HQ.
