Andrea Knoth

Andrea serves as Director of Compliance. With previous tenures at Ultimus and Gemini as a Senior Fund Compliance Administrator, she brings 16 years of registered fund compliance experience to the Nottingham team. Andrea also previously served as Director of Operational Compliance at Barings. Andrea provides oversight to registered funds to ensure that our administered funds are complying with federal securities laws as defined by Rule 38a-1, and reviews RIA compliance programs under the Investment Advisers Act. She also oversees the ongoing enhancement and maintenance of compliance programs for the trusts we service. Andrea is a "boy mom" with 2 sons and one English Cream golden retriever "fur son". She openly admits to fueling her romantic side with all things Twilight and is a proud member of Team Edward. Andrea is a graduate of Old Dominion University.

Andrew Rogers

Andrew serves as a strategic advisor to Nottingham, offering guidance and direction in terms of sales and marketing. Andrew began his career at Wall Street giants Dean Witter, Alliance Capital, and JP Morgan Chase where he learned the landscape of the financial services industry. A well-known, 25-year industry veteran and innovator, Andrew brings a wealth of knowledge to the team. Prior to joining Nottingham , he served in various industry capacities including CEO of a mutual fund administrator and CEO of a digital wealth platform. His expertise is utilized by the NYC boards on which he serves. Andrew received a BS from SUNY at Albany

Eddie Lund

As EVP of Business Development, Eddie leads the Nottingham sales team, working and helping advisors launch and/or convert mutual funds, hedge funds, and ETFs. He brings a decade of financial services experience to the Nottingham team. Well-versed in sales, his most recent tenure included overseeing new business development, including managing the sales process used to attract new clients in the mutual fund, hedge fund, and ETF space. He has built a solid foundation of corporate clients through his time in the financial services industry. Eddie graduated from Doane College with a B.S. in Business Administration and Marketing. He likes to travel with his wife and 7 children.

Julie Kingrey

Julie Kingrey acts as a lead advisor and internal liaison to Nottingham's advisor clients, integrating the daily activities of a client's Nottingham team, guiding research and problem-solving efforts. She is also actively involved with the onboarding of new engagements, and training department team members across platforms and investment accounts. Nottingham keeps her busy, but when there is down time and the weather is right, Julie can be found boating on the river with her family. Graduating from Penn State, Julie has been with Nottingham since 1999.

Kate Honey - President

Kate began her career at Nottingham almost a decade ago as Marketing Director. Today, she oversees client service and development, and manages the firm's day-to-day operations. Under her leadership, the firm has refined its operational processes in order to scale growth and increase its reputation as a niche financial technology leader. She engages her passion for people daily by counseling prospects and clients to understand their needs in order to advise which investment vehicle will be most advantageous, as well as mentoring the firm's team members as they work to implement individualized solutions for measurable results. Crafting customized solutions requires a keen ear and a healthy knowledge of the industry landscape, both of which Kate has used to build steadfast relationships. Prior to joining Nottingham, she was an Associate Director of Client Services and Brand Integration for one of North Carolina's top marketing and advertising firms. Kate earned a B.A. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and she may be the only person in North Carolina to have gone to UNC but remain a Duke basketball fan (long story).

Kip Meadows - CEO, Founder

Kip Meadows is the founder of Nottingham. Within the EOS system, Kip is our lead visionary and principal consultant. There is nothing he enjoys more than a "what if" and "can we solve" conversation with a new or existing client. Kip was student body president of his local high school, followed by a post graduate year at Haileybury College in Hertfordshire, England before graduating from Duke University with an A.B. in Economics. Since 1980, he has missed only one ACC Basketball Tournament and only a handful of home games at Cameron Indoor Stadium. Kip co-founded Insured Benefit Design in Raleigh, NC in 1983, focusing on qualified and non-qualified insurance structures. In 1985, he joined Robinson Humphrey because of their industry leading investment management consulting practice. Two years later, joined Raymond James as the youngest principal of an OSJ in the RJ system. Shortly thereafter, Kip repurposed the Nottingham Company when he became interested in the need investment advisors expressed for an efficient way to pool separately managed accounts. Nottingham has focused on the various structures available for pooling investment assets since that time. Kip has been active as a volunteer for Duke, serving as chairman of the Alumni Admissions Advisory Committee in Eastern North Carolina for 22 years, board member of the Alumni Association, and an active Iron Duke and frequent writer of letters for deserving undergraduate applicants. He has also been active in entrepreneurial development, named Northeastern (NC) Entrepreneurial Roundtable Young Entrepreneur of the Year in 1988, two-time finalist for NEER Entrepreneur of the Year, mentor in both the Duke undergraduate entrepreneur program and Economics Department thesis review program, and currently serving on the board of the Raleigh Durham chapter of Entrepreneurs Organization. Kip continued volunteer leadership only a few years after receiving his Eagle award with multiple leadership positions at the BSA unit, district, and council level between 1985 and 2007. He has helped organize the investment foundations of two Episcopal parishes, currently serving as Treasurer of the Holy Michael Foundation of St. Michaels in Raleigh. His favorite hobbies include sailing, and he has been helmsman for four national championship campaigns. Kip has served as both Treasurer and Class President for two one design classes. Kip is also involved in aviation as an instrument and multi-engine rated pilot. Kip loves his rose garden and a rusty golf game, especially watching in Augusta, Georgia where spring begins.

Pete McCabe - COO

Pete leads the Nottingham team in the role of Chief Operations Officer. Making a move from Pennsylvania to North Carolina, he brought 24 years of fund administration experience from several of the country's largest investment boutiques. At Nottingham, Pete is responsible for the company's daily activities and workflows, working closely with our IT team to design, automate and implement in order to achieve the company's strategic objectives. Pete formerly served as SVP of Investment Company Services for Command Financial Press. In that role, he oversaw the growth and direction of the company's fund administration solutions division, overseeing all aspects of client services, sales and support teams and the marketing of a financial and regulatory reporting software application that he developed. Prior to that, he worked for BlackRock, The Managers Funds, and Oppenheimer Capital. All tenures resulted in the development of processes and procedures that significantly increased financial and regulatory reporting efficiencies. Pete has a BS in Accounting from Long Island University/Southampton Campus. He is also the proud father of eleven children.

Tracie Coop - Chief Legal Officer

As General Counsel, Tracie Coop is responsible for the legal aspects of the company's operations, strategic objectives and corporate activities. She leads the Nottingham legal team, working closely with clients, the various investment trust boards, trust counsel, and the SEC to provide regulatory support and guidance in matters related to the oversight and management of mutual funds. Tracie has over 20 years of 1940 Act mutual fund legal experience. Prior to joining the Nottingham team, Tracie provided legal regulatory services to clients at one of the industry's largest service providers. In addition to her 10 years at this large service provider, she also provided in-house counsel on mutual fund related matters at Natixis Asset Management Advisors and Santander Asset Management USA. Tracie earned a bachelor's degree from Vanderbilt University, a Juris Doctorate from Suffolk University Law School and a Master of Laws in Banking and Financial Law from Boston University School of Law. She is a member of the Massachusetts State Bar. Though born in Alabama, Tracie has spent her entire career in Boston, Massachusetts and is delighted to be closer to her roots and to warmer temps.
