The journey of our school began in 2016 when it opened under the name of New Jersey Caregiver Academy; solely focused on providing training certified home health aides. In 2022, the school was renamed Pawson Career Institute in honor of the founder's Father, Ronald L. Pawson who passed away at the age of 61 due to complications from Multiple Sclerosis. Ron has and will continue to remind us of the importance of compassion and quality healthcare.
