North Texas Energy, Inc. (NTE) is a public oil and gas company. Our primary focus is the drilling and development of new oil wells in fields that are known but essentially unproduced. In 2003, the US Geological Survey (USGC) reclassified many of these oil fields as undiscovered because the fields contain more than 90% of the originally discovered oil. Consequently, there are no exploration risks associated with our operations because the oil field is already known and documented... NTE utilizes state-of-the-art oil deposit identification and recovery methods that enable significant production from new oil and gas wells. We are not an "exploration company" in the sense that our operating model does not involve exploration for new oil deposits, but rather the act of exploiting existing, known oil and gas fields. We have developed strategic relationships where we can execute plans to acquire additional lease assets that will give NTE control of millions of barrels of oil and gas reserves..
