Danielle works seamlessly with our builder Shallum, Nordic partners, subcontractors and product reps to assure that the vision for the home comes to life exactly as imagined. Her knowledge and background in construction means that she is equally comfortable working with homeowners in the design studio or with our subcontractors out on the job site.
During the build process Danielle will act as a guide through the design appointments and she will provide as much direction and advice as desired. She works with clients on all interior design details, cabinet layouts, fireplace wall designs, bars, hardware, paint, lighting, carpet, tile - you name it. Her boundless energy and drive assures that the building experience with Nordic Homes will be both fun and rewarding.

The precision and attention to detail that Shallum has acquired working in the building industry for over 25 years has been the foundation for his success as the business owner of Nordic Homes. Shallum works with clients from lot/land acquisition all the way through final touchup to make sure every detail receives the proper amount of attention.
Shallum's personal attention goes into every home where he can be found on a daily basis answering questions for those working on site and overseeing all the finer details.
Shallum is your "boots on the ground" builder. You'll occasionally see him throwing on his bags and swinging his hammer. In the end there is no one that puts more effort into making certain your home is exactly as you imagined.
