In the year 1995, Mr. Golam Morshed Ferdous and Mr. Golam Samdani Sajal both brothers were inspired by their parents Late A. K. M. Alauddin and Mrs. Hosne Ara Alauddin gave birth to One Group with the establishment of Ray Computers and Ray Soft (now defunct), Ray AudioCom (1999) and over the years gained recognition with ChayaGhor (2007) an Audio Visual Production house... From 2008, both brothers were involved in Real Estate and Housing Development business with Eng. Sanjoy Chakraborty, Managing Director of RCC Builders Ltd., as Investor Project Director, and then the both brothers with Mr. Kazi Shah Arfin, Managing Director of Total Group established A1 Real Estate Ltd., in 2010, After then Both brothers, Eng Sanjoy and their family members incorporated a 100% export oriented sock manufacturing industry named One Socks Industries Ltd., in 2012.
