Doctor Robert Imani came to the United states in 1999 after finishing his general surgery residency at the University of Technology in Aachen, Germany. In 2001 he transferred from USC to UCLA, where he completed his residency in psychiatry. In 2006 his hard work paid off when he won the "Resident of the Year Award", earning him a full scholarship for the '06-'07 school year. In 2010 he became certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. His dedication to his work has him associate with several different organizations, including: the American Academy of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, American Psychiatry Association, American College of Obstetrics and Gynecologists, Central California Psychiatry Association, California Medical Association, and the Chamber of Physicians in Germany. Heather is a certified medical assistant earning her Associates degree in Applied Science along with over 12 years of clinical medical experience in addition to 3 years of instructing medical assisting and First Aid/CPR through the American Heart Association. Her most passionate field is cardiology where she was previously a clinical research coordinator for 3 years. Heather is CITI certified in ICH GCP Guidelines, IATA certified in Handling and Shipping of Dangerous Goods as well as certified in most commonly used EDC and IXRS systems used by sponsors & CRO's. implements best practices, policies and procedures working with and under the direction of the clinical Principal Investigator while supporting and facilitating the daily clinical trial activities in an ethical and effective way. Heather is trained in following all necessary FDA required regulation reports and documentation for ongoing studies, devising patient recruitment and advertising campaigns, and conducting follow-ups for subjects participating in research studies. Heather engages in the community through coordinating volunteer outreach events with other local businesses to aid in giving back through healthcare and community information. Jasmine is an Assistant Clinical Research Coordinator and our Regulatory Specialist who is certified in ICH Good Clinical Practices (GCP) and IATA certified in Handling and Shipping of Dangerous Goods. She has approximately 3 years of experience in a medical setting due to her volunteer experience at Kaiser Permanente and externship opportunity at InSite Digestive Healthcare with Dr. Jatinder S. Pruthi. Jasmine graduated from Antelope Valley College in 2019, where she earned Associate degrees in Chemistry, Biological Sciences and Liberal arts. Recently, she graduated from UC Irvine and earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry. During her undergraduate studies, Jasmine gained research experience as she was a student research assistant for two long-term research projects, one that focused on catalysis studies and the other that focused on antibodies for SARS-CoV-2. Currently, Jasmine is on the pre-medical pathway to pursue an M.D. degree and specialize in Dermatology or Gastroenterology. Before beginning medical school, Jasmine plans to engage in community volunteering while also expanding her knowledge and experience in the medical and research field. Physician and partner Jatinder S. Pruthi, MD, is associated with InSite Digestive, located in Lancaster California. Co-Founder, Chief Medical Officer, and Principal Investigator of Om Research. The former chairman of the department of medicine at Lancaster Community Hospital has additional experience with serving on various hospital boards. As of now, Dr. Pruthi is currently an attending staff gastroenterologist at Antelope Valley Hospital, and Palmdale Regional Medical Center. After achieving his undergraduate degree in biology from D A V College in Jalandhar, India and his bachelor of medicine and bachelor of surgery (MBBS) degree as well as his internship at the Government Medical College located in Patiala, India, Dr. Pruthi has valid evidence of accurate achievement in the medical field. He utilizes his experience in sales for community outreach, patient education, and recruitment. Nick loves spending time with his wife and three daughters. In his free time he enjoys writing fictional novels or taking his motorcycle out for a cruise through the canyons.

Pourus understands the importance of total quality management and continuous process improvements as the key ingredients to the long term success of any project or business. Pourus has successfully enrolled and coordinated on over 60 clinical trials in different therapeutic areas like HIV, Hepatitis C, Hepatitis B, Gout, Constipation, Irritable Bowel Syndrome, Inflammatory Bowel Disease, Diabetes and Cardiovascular Diseases like Hyperlipidemia & Hypercholesterolemia, Fatty Liver Disease, Migraines, Opioid Use Disorder, Thrombocytopenia Associated with Liver Disease, to name a few. Pourus is a regulatory specialist and works towards developing positive relationships with the subjects to minimize early subject withdrawals from studies. Dr. Allen grew up in Japan and Southern Illinois. He finished high school in San Antonio, Texas and graduated from the US Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs, Colorado. He received his medical training at the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio. Since 1999, he has been a local area civilian doctor working in family practice. Dr. Allen has 17 years of being a primary care provider. He is Citi certified in ICH GCP Guidelines, and a sub-investigator for research. Dr. Allen cherishes his time with his family. He is active in his Baptist church and enjoys ministering to the Deaf. He also enjoys teaching and sports. He is an advocate of preventive medicine and a healthy lifestyle. He has enjoyed medical missions in Mexico, speaks Spanish, learned American Sign Language and is working on Japanese.

Prior to Vivian becoming a Clinical Research Coordinator, she worked as a Certified Medical Assistant in the Antelope Valley with different specialties. She has currently returned to school to pursue her degree. On her spear time Vivian enjoys spending time with her animals, family, and friends. She loves going to Dodger games, concerts and traveling.
