Teacher Samantha

Teacher Samantha is a seasoned yogi who began her practice at a young age, inspired by her yogi parents. In 2016, she established Samantha Yoga, followed by One Yoga in 2017. She has since trained more than 600 yoga teachers under the various programs at One Yoga. With her extensive experience and qualifications, Teacher Samantha holds the ERYT500 certification and is the lead teacher of our training programmes at One Yoga.
