Capital Decorators are a family run business offering a range of Decorating & Property Maintenance services in Cardiff & the surrounding areas. Consisting of a sibling partnership between brothers Jason & Jonathan Row who share a great passion for business & the painting & decorating trade. For many years we worked under our father & uncle whilst perfecting our craft & have now branched out on our own by combining excellent customer service with fantastic workmanship... Since starting our decorating business we have carried out hundreds of jobs for domestic customers as well as large commercial projects for customers such as the Earl of Plymouth, all of which are extremely happy with our standards of work..
