Ann has been with the firm's New York office for over two decades. Her global expertise is focused on Leveraged Buyout, Growth Equity, Venture Capital and research-driven Hedge Funds. She graduated with a BA in Sociology from The College of William and Mary, in Williamsburg, VA., where she played Division 1 lacrosse.
Ann will never run another marathon, but will get up at 5 AM to hike in Acadia National Park with her husband, two children and their Labrador Retrievers.
She is on the Board of Trustees at The Episcopal Academy in Newtown Square, PA and is also on the Board of Directors for Horizons at The Episcopal Academy. Horizons creates high-quality, evidence-based education and youth development programs specifically designed to support the learning recovery of K-12 students.
Anne joined the firm's New York office in 2015. She works with Private Equity (including Growth Equity and Venture Capital), Hedge Fund and Corporate clients to execute searches at all levels of seniority. Anne graduated from Union College with a Bachelor's degree in Math and American Studies where she was a member of the Swim and Dive team. She has since replaced swimming with running and crossed the Philadelphia, New York and Chicago marathon finish lines.
Camilla joined the Oxbridge Group in September of 2023 after graduating from Washington & Lee University where she studied Strategic Communications and Entrepreneurship. Outside of the office she enjoys spending time outdoors either boating, hiking, or taking long walks with friends, especially in her favorite place, Maine! Originally from outside of Philadelphia, Camilla is excited to discover all that NYC has to offer.
Carlyn Henry started with the firm's New York office in 2000 and opened the Los Angeles office in 2002. Prior to joining, she worked at Prudential Securities and managed the Foundation for Charitable Giving and spent three years in business development and fundraising at The Museum of Modern Art. Carlyn is a native Texan and graduated with a BA in Art History from Wesleyan University in Middletown, Connecticut.
Caroline joined the firm's New York office in 2018. Prior to the Oxbridge Group, she worked at Macy's and focused on product development. She graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a BA in Communications and a minor in Consumer Psychology. Caroline has lived in Chestnut Hill, PA, San Francisco, CA, Pasadena, CA, Westport, CT and now resides in New York City.
Caroline joined the Oxbridge Group in March of 2023 after working in advertising in New York for four years. She graduated from the University of Richmond with a BA in Communication and was a member of the Division I lacrosse team.
A Connecticut native, Caroline loves spending time with her family and friends, especially her dogs Millie and Saylor! She loves all outdoor activities, especially tennis and running.
Cassie joined the firm's New York office in 2016. She specializes in recruiting for investing and strategy positions within private equity, startups, portfolio companies and corporations across industries. Prior to joining the Oxbridge Group, Cassie, a life-long theater-lover, was the Associate General Manager of the New York Musical Festival and a Talent Agent at Brady, Brannon & Rich. She holds a BA from Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles, CA.
Cassie is a dog mom, an indoor rock-climbing novice and an avid fan of Formula 1 and the New York Mets.
Catherine Perry joined the Oxbridge Group's Los Angeles office in the spring of 2007. Catherine graduated from UCLA with a BA in English.
She enjoys spending time with her family, is an avid tennis and poker player and believes every day should be "Taco Day."
Christina joined the Oxbridge Group in 2013, first in Los Angeles and now in New York. She works with Private Equity, Venture Capital and Family Office clients to execute investment professional searches at all levels of seniority. Prior to joining the Oxbridge Group, Christina worked as a Recruiter at Morgan Stanley. She graduated with Distinction from The University of Virginia with a BA in History and a minor in Studio Art.
Christina enjoys playing tennis, skiing and trying to keep up with her two very energetic young boys.
Christine joined the Oxbridge Group in the Fall of 2021. She graduated from Bucknell University where she studied Markets, Innovation and Entrepreneurship and taught fitness classes on campus.
She loves to run, travel, volunteer and cook. In her free time, she can be found on Long Beach Island, New Jersey or exploring the scenes of Philadelphia and New York City with her daughter and husband.
Emily rejoined the Oxbridge Group in 2022 after spending 7 years in various marketing and brand strategy roles at Johnson & Johnson and American Express. She executes both investment professional and corporate development and strategy searches at various levels for private equity and venture capital firms, hedge funds and private equity-backed portfolio companies. Emily received her MBA from the University of Virginia's Darden School of Business and a BS in Economics from Trinity College.
While originally from New York City, Emily now lives in Connecticut with her husband and daughters and enjoys skiing, playing tennis and reading novels.
Emma joined the Oxbridge Group in the Summer of 2022. She graduated from Dartmouth College where she studied Sociology and played Division 1 lacrosse.
With her recent move to New York City, Emma is looking forward to exploring all that the city has to offer!
Evan joined the Oxbridge Group in the fall of 2015. He graduated from The University of Montana with a BA in Music Education and an emphasis in Percussion Performance. Prior to the Oxbridge Group, he worked with senior executive teams at Blackstone's Park Hill Group and Sony Music. As a professional drummer, Evan has spent years teaching music and performing throughout the country. He loves to cook, bake and spend time outdoors with his wife and two daughters.
Grace joined the Oxbridge Group in 2022. She graduated from Boston University in 2019 with a degree in Theatre Production. Prior to joining the Oxbridge Group, she worked in live event production. She enjoys travel, entertaining and spending time with family.
Isabelle joined the Oxbridge Group in the Summer of 2022. She graduated from the University of Richmond in 2022 where she studied Rhetoric, Communications and Psychology. Isabelle loves spending time with family and friends, especially her dog Blue, but is excited that she was finally able to make the big move to NYC!
Janet Lee - Managing Director
Janet Lee joined the firm's Los Angeles office in 2022. Prior to joining, Janet was a Principal at Atlantic-Pacific Capital in London, UK, having been involved in all aspects of the global fundraising process for financial sponsor clients. Prior to that, she was a Vice President at Eaton Partners responsible for the distribution of private equity funds across Europe and worked in the Private Funds Group at Credit Suisse as well. Previously, Janet was part of the M&A team at Lehman Brothers Europe and began her career in investment banking at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette. Janet earned an MBA from SDA Bocconi and a BS from UCLA in Psychobiology.
Jo joined the Oxbridge Group in 2006. She specializes in investment professional search within Buyouts, Growth Equity, Venture Capital, Special Situations, Hedge Funds and Corporate Development. Previously, she was an Investment Banking Analyst with Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette in the TMT Group and a tenured member of Credit Suisse's High Yield Research Team. Jo graduated magna cum laude from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, with concentrations in management and marketing. She is trained in Top Grading.
In her free time, she enjoys staying involved with the Penn community and is a member of the President's Council of the Academy of Notre Dame. She enjoys tennis and reading non-fiction, especially on the topics of psychology, grit and organizational behavior.

Julia joined the firm's New York office in 2001. Previously, she was a Vice President with a boutique search firm in NYC focused on financial services recruiting. Prior to that, she was an executive in the corporate offices of Ann, Inc (ANN). With twenty-five years of financial recruiting experience working with Private Equity, Hedge Funds, Growth Equity/Venture Capital and Family Offices, Julia focuses her searches at the Associate through Principal levels. She received a BA in History and Philosophy with honors from Colgate University in Hamilton, NY.
Though Julia grew up on a cattle ranch in Northern New Mexico, she now calls Greenwich, CT home. When she is not recruiting, you can find her cheering for her teenage son at Brunswick School sporting events or on the road to Hanover to visit her daughter in college.
Julie joined the Oxbridge Group in 2001 and specializes in Private Equity (including VC & Growth Equity), Special Situations and Hedge Fund searches. Previously, Julie was Director of Industry Relations for a Bay Area communications company where she managed the investor, industry and public profile of the company. After graduating from Georgetown University with a BA in Psychology and Classics, Julie spent four years as lead vocalist, songwriter and publicist of a rock band, performing with legends such as Neil Young and Blues Traveler.
Julie lives in Connecticut and is the proud mother of 3 children, none of whom have an interest in being a rock star…thankfully. Once a thrill seeker, she has skydived in the Bay Area, gone on safari in Africa and white water rafted the Grand Canyon.
Kimberly rejoined the Oxbridge Group in the summer of 2005 as a Senior Research Associate. Previously, she was the Office Manager for the Oxbridge Group from 1997 to 2001. Kimberly began her career working in England designing academic journals. Kimberly holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies from Trinity College in Washington, D.C.
Lacey joined the firm's New York Office in the Spring of 2021. Prior to joining the Oxbridge Group, Lacey worked at an advertising company in Chicago. Born and raised in Philadelphia, Lacey has spent much of her life on the East Coast. She graduated from George Washington University and received her BA in Communications in 2016. She loved spending the past four years in Chicago but is excited to be in New York City close to family.
When Lacey is not at the Oxbridge Group, she is playing with her puppy, taking trips to Northern Michigan and spending time on the lake, or hitting the squash courts.
Laura graduated from The University of Richmond with a BA in Business Administration with concentrations in Finance and Marketing.
Although Laura grew up in Menlo Park, CA., she is an avid Philadelphia Eagles fan. She loves spending family time in Maine and doing anything water related.
Liane joined the Los Angeles office in August 2019. She graduated from New York University with a BA in Psychology and minors in Molecular Biology and Public Health.
In her free time, she enjoys taking photos, exploring local hiking trails and seeing her favorite artists live in concert.
Maribel joined the firm's Los Angeles office in June 2019. She has a BA in International Studies from The California State University, Long Beach, with a minor in French. Prior to the Oxbridge Group, Maribel worked with an international travel agency.
She loves traveling internationally (especially France) and spending time outdoors.
Marty Brady joined the Oxbridge Group in 1994. She began her career as an Operations Manager for a German import-export company and as the Marketing Liaison in Greece for CIGNA Corporation. Marty concentrates primarily on Private Equity searches at all levels, including Growth Equity and Family Office mandates across North America. A graduate of Wittenberg University, Marty also holds a master's degree in International Business from the American Graduate School of International Management.
Mattie joined the Oxbridge Group in March of 2021 after working in the sports world in Dallas for four years. She graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a BA in Sociology and a certificate in International Business.
She's a native Texan and an avid Cowboys fan, but she also enjoys spending summers with family and friends in Northern Michigan. She really likes to travel, having lived in four different countries over the course of her life, but loves calling New York City home.
Nina is the President and Founder of the Oxbridge Group. She founded the firm in 1988 with the goal of providing the highest level of recruiting professionalism to the financial services sector. Prior to the Oxbridge Group, she worked at a boutique search firm, as a commodities broker on Wall Street and at Conde Nast magazines. She graduated from Lake Forest College a long time ago.
Nina has three children and currently lives in New York City. Golf, tennis, skiing, or any type of spontaneous travel makes her happy.
Stephanie joined the Oxbridge Group's New York office in 2021 after working at a strategic talent advisory firm for four years, where she focused on investment banking recruiting.
Prior to her career in recruiting, Stephanie supported the business development of a New York based health and wellness company and worked at a law firm and software company in Austin, TX.
Stephanie received her BBA from St. Edward's University with a degree in International Business.
