PEOPLE MEASURES - Key Persons
Anna Heywood is a Director with People Measures and an experienced OD professional with a focus on Leadership and Talent. She has over 25 years' experience in a variety of roles and across both the public and private sectors. She works with a range of individuals from mid-level managers to the most senior executives. She has previously worked in the private sector responsible for the design and delivery of leadership development programs and in the Education sector with a strong focus on career pathways and development.
Since joining People Measures, Anna has been heavily involved in the design and delivery of assessment and leadership development solutions for clients. She uses a range of aligned approaches and models and has completed training in human-centred design. Her approach is informed by Heifetz' Adaptive Leadership philosophy and she was, the inaugural Secretary for the Board of the Australian Adaptive Leadership Institute. She is sought after for her skilled facilitation, both face to face and online.
Anna is a highly experienced and qualified coach who has worked with clients from a range of cultural and linguistically diverse backgrounds. She has a deep understanding of the challenges and stressors encountered by senior executives. As a coach, she is passionate about helping talented individuals navigate the complexities of their careers, all facets of leadership including women in leadership, resilience and change.

Annette Toussas is a Practice Manager who has over 20 years experience driving and consolidating operational and financial growth in professional service firms. She builds engagement with the team and shared ownership of change management to ensure successful outcomes for all stakeholders. Her approach is to deliver commercial value, optimise resources and leverage technology on which to base optimal decision making.
Ashleigh is a Project Coordinator at People Measures with a strong client-focused approach combined with project management and administrator skills. Both clients and colleagues value Ashleigh's positive attitude, strong communication skills and high attention to detail on any project she works on.

Chloe is the Chief Executive and a Director at People Measures and has 20+ years' experience working with executives, CEOs and boards. Chloe is a strategic and commercial leader known for her ability to deliver high performance through impactful, measurable business and people strategies in complex environments. She draws on her experience and qualifications in Organisational Psychology and has demonstrated a proven track record aligning culture and leadership teams to realise tangible business value.

Kim is a leadership and organisational development specialist with over 25 years' experience in leadership assessment and development, coaching and organisational development. Kim holds a PhD in Organisational Psychology, with her thesis focusing on the key leadership determinants of successful organisational change. She commenced her career as a registered psychologist in New Zealand before moving to Australia in 2007. She has worked with the People Measures team since 2013.
Elke Molloy is a multi-skilled and reliable Project Co-ordinator who joined People Measures in 2022. She brings a wide range of skills from various industries and work environments where she worked in supervisor and team management roles. Elke then transitioned into Project Co-ordination where she has worked closely alongside senior project managers and project engineers over the past four years with a strong focus on schedule management.
Elke has a flexible and adaptable approach with a proven strength in collaboration and organisation. She is detail-oriented and has experience as point-of-contact to support order management and reporting. She has also gained great experience undertaking project tasks, under tight deadlines and all while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
When not at work, Elke can be found exploring art exhibitions, finding new cafes and restaurants to dine at and watching movies at home with her partner and cat.
Qualifications and Accreditations
Intan is a Project Coordinator at People Measures. She brings over 10 years of experience performing within client centric and consultation-based roles, providing high-quality support and services to direct clients and a multidisciplinary group of internal stakeholders. She has extensive experience in professional project activities and managing administration activities, such as account management, facilities management, auditing, and record management processes. With a background in Business Informatics, she also has data analysis and insight skills, generating reports and interpreting data to recommend and implement actions.
Jamie Sims is a People Measures owner/director and a registered psychologist with over 20 years' experience in assessing, debriefing, coaching and facilitating with leaders from CEO/Secretary level to high potentials across the Public, Private and the not-for profit sectors.
Originally from the UK, Jamie arrived in Australia in 1989 and after a brief career as a psychologist clinician, worked in a NSW government agency before her keen interest in assessment and measurement saw her recruited to consulting role at Right Management where she lead the Talent Assessment portfolio for Australia and New Zealand. During her time at Right Management Jamie built strong relationships with a wide range of clients particularly in Commonwealth and State government departments. At People Measures Jamie has continued her strong relationships with public sector leaders and has also built strong relationships with clients in the private and not for profit sectors. While still very much engaged in talent identification Jamie has continued to build on her strong facilitation, coaching and leadership development skills.
Jamie is an experienced executive coach and finds it particularly rewarding to unlock the potential of female leaders who, when they exercise leadership, do so in a way that often creates significant impact and produces tangible and sustainable results for them and their organisations. Jamie shares the People Measures philosophy related to executive coaching. That is, coaching needs to be engaging, practical, results focused, and relevant to the development needs of the individual. In addition, a clear understanding of required outcomes between the coach, the coachee and the sponsoring organisation is critical. Jamie coaching approach is underpinned by her ability to integrate her psychology background and keen interest in contemporary leadership frameworks and adult development and learning theories and models. Her coaching process is both structured and emergent, evidence-based and outcome focused.
Jamie keeps up to date by actively engaging in continuous professional development and ongoing coaching supervision with her peers. She is an accredited supervisor and regularly supervises students from Deakin and Macquarie Universities. Jamie is currently an adjunct lecturer at the University of Macquarie.

Macklin Joined People Measures in June 2017 as an Administration Assistant while studying Creative Writing at RMIT University. Over the five years Macklin has been at People Measures he has transitioned into the Project Coordinator role which has allowed him to demonstrate a detail-oriented approach to project management with a range of clients, including Australia Post, Department of Defence, the Australian Taxation Office, and the Australian Public Service Commission.
Macklin works with a focus on ensuring high-quality outcomes in his projects, along with excellent communication skills developed in his time studying Creative Writing and Screenwriting. When not at work Macklin likes to go to the cinema, play video games, and cuddle up with his cat Minnie.
Natalie is a highly experienced and engaging facilitator, designing and delivering leadership development programs across the public and private sectors and for participants ranging from emerging through to executive level leaders. She has facilitated programs on topics including adaptive leadership, personal brand, effective communication skills, building high performance teams, leading change and influencing. Natalie has extensive experience in assessment for development, recruitment and selection. She has been trained in the YSC methodology of deep dive narrative interviews and has worked with hundreds of leaders - either assessing their fit for senior roles or working with them on their own development in role. Natalie is also an accredited executive coach (Associate Certified Coach, International Coach Federation). She has particular experience in working with high potential individuals seeking career progression or transitioning to a new role, and high performers who are seeking to work more effectively in their current role.
