PERFORMING UNDER PRESSURE
Updated 29 days ago
You could say the Institute for Health and Human Potential (IHHP) started after the 1996 Olympics, when organizations became interested in our approach to performing under pressure after we helped Canada's volleyball team to an upset bronze medal. It continued as we started to do more of our own proprietary research, surveying over 40,000 people a month to understand the latest research in human behavior, and thoroughly assessing leaders and organizations to create a powerful data set... By this time, our Co-founder, Dr. JP Pawliw-Fry, was teaching leadership to executives at the Kellogg School of Management. His book, Performing Under Pressure, became a New York Times bestseller and is still available in over 65 countries. Along the way, we have been fortunate to be recognized as one of Profit Magazine's fastest-100 growing companies... The Performing Under Pressure book offers the latest science on how your brain responds under pressure and tools to help you overcome its sabotaging..
