You can pay by monthly direct debit or annual invoice with Denplan, or privately under our ‘Pay as you Go' scheme. We always discuss in advance the options and costs available to you. Pick up a price list and more information on Denplan from our reception. We accept payments by cash, cheque or credit/debit... If patients have any cause for complaint or concern regarding treatment received at the practice, please contact Mr J G Pearson or Mrs Laura Carr who will deal with the complaint under health service regulations... Patients have a responsibility to attend appointments or give a reasonable period of cancellation if possible.
