Located in Honesdale, Pennsylvania, Pioneer Construction Company, Inc. was founded by Mr. Mike Cavage in 1996 as a Pennsylvania Corporation. Since Pioneer's inception, we have grown from 12 employees to over 200 highly skilled and dedicated employees. This growth has been attributed to preforming work in a broad range of markets including: small-scale demolitions, multi-million dollar sewage treatment plant renovations, pipeline construction, excavations, developments, bridge construction, and heavy civil construction.
