As a professional ‘head-mechanic' Ali has worked with ‘em all. From high- falutin' Executives through to people suffering with chronic pain (hey, they might actually be the same!) Alison specialises in assisting individuals and teams transition through the tough stuff. We really love working with Alison at Pragmatic Thinking…she actually listens to us; like, err without even checking Facebook or Instagram or stuff; it's a unique skill.

Chris is a strategist with a strong record of improving business growth and building high performance teams. He obsesses over improving workplace culture and employee wellbeing and loves nothing more than working towards healthy outcomes for both organisations and individuals.
Damian, or ‘Damo' as he's known to the PT crew, is one of our legendary facilitators. He spends his days carving it up at the PTV studios, delivering exceptional virtual learning experiences for our clients.
After two decades of guiding people through transformation in the health industry, Damian draws from his own experience of leading an award-winning business coupled with an in-depth knowledge of human biology, to motivate and inspire the way people approach life and the third of their lives spent at work.
When he's not channeling his passion into upbeat and entertaining sessions, Damian's probably at home with his three sons and super talented wife. He loves his time on the jiu jitsu mats as much as a sneaky dad nap on the couch, sadly, both sometimes mean a sore neck for days afterwards…

Darren understands people like few others. A Behavioural Scientist, Darren studies people at work for a living. The rest of team find this really awkward sometimes…(it's like he's watching ALL the time) Darren is a country lad with a city brain, making him a great guy to talk business strategy with, but also handy if you need to herd cattle… as you do.
After diving head-first into the world of virtual training, we knew we'd need a skilled filmmaker and storyteller to help us take our studios to the next level. Enter: Dyllon. With over 14 years of experience in the video production industry, Dyllon's got the mad skills to make our even madder dreams of virtual training innovation a reality. Part tech junkie, part video producer and always on point, Dyllon is the calm technician in the storm that is live production and the creative mind behind our sensational videos.
We're a little obsessive about our brand and creative design work, so it takes a very special human to earn the password to photoshop. We've known Marlis for a while now and love her work, it was only a matter of time (and a few persuasion tactics) before she joined the team. She's been running her own design studio for the past nine years, is a self-confessed computer nerd and if her attention to detail is anything to go by, she may be a little OCD too. Marlis is an early riser who loves a surf, so if you don't find her deep in vectors in our GC office, she'll be deep in a Burleigh barrel.

With 25 years experience in leadership and communication, having pioneered and led multiple organisations, Mike knows a thing or who about the challenges Executives and teams face. Mikes helps organisations strategically build a leadership pathway and equip every team and individual to bring their best to the work place.
Rohan Dredge is best described as a ‘Leadership Whisperer'. With an innate talent for identifying blind spots in individuals, teams and organisations, Rohan is able to craft effective strategies that improve workplace culture and skyrocket performance outcomes. Specialising in intentionality and preparation, Ro is always aggressively well dressed and can rock a pocket square like no one else.
Ryan is obsessed about using brain and body science to help people thrive in life. As a Behavioural Strategist + Facilitator, Ryan uses his domestic and international experience across the education, mental health, child protection, and organisational wellbeing sectors to deliver outcomes for clients.
A self confessed organising junkie, Tracy loves nothing more than seeing a plan come together. She's the EA that teaches other EA's how it's done. Her ability to read a situation and know what needs to happen before you realise there's even a problem is uncanny. The backbone of Pragmatic Thinking, Tracy is the go-to gal on how things are run. She's also an avid foodie, a cake-maker extraordinaire, and the protector of ‘special' dogs.
