According to Diana, she's just "another employee" at Plus Minus Accounting. As everyone else puts it, she brings the glue, spirit, and plenty of brain power to the operation.
"I chose accounting because I loved numbers, but I could have gone into social work because I love people too." In the end, accounting provided the best of both worlds-a chance to help people by providing key solutions that affect many aspects of their lives.
As a licensed tax consultant, Diana is a trusted, go-to partner for dozens of businesses and individuals. She provides the attention, perspective and solutions they need, especially when the waters are choppy.
"These are stressful times for lots of people. Some are selling, others are shuttering, and many people feel overwhelmed about their taxes. I'm attached to all of my clients. I want to see them succeed, no matter how long we've worked with them."
In a world full of big dreamers, Diana doesn't mind slogging through the minutia. In fact, she enjoys it.
"I love to dig around the details see what's really going on. My clients appreciate knowing I'll get my hands scuffed on their behalf."

"First, we will always have the tools it takes to keep on the cutting edge." It's a credo he first encountered in the Marine Corps. "As a Marine, you're told that if you bring the grit and the drive to succeed, you'll always have what you need to get it done. That's how we do things around here too."
Ezra understands that the concepts of accounting can be challenging. However, and that being said, there's nothing more rewarding to him than reaching the finish line for a client. He's currently gaining experience in the construction, automotive, and real estate industries, in order to establish himself as a valuable resource for a variety of businesses.
"I've always lived by the notion that there's no substitute for a desire to learn."
The day to day aspects of Ezra's job require an exceptional eye for detail. Bookkeeping, balance sheets and data entry contribute directly to the other members of his team and help them to do their jobs more efficiently and effectively.
Outside the office, Ezra is most likely finding a rhythm. Either by tuning his ears to one of his favorite bluegrass ballads, or by finding a nearby court to blaze new trails and practice his jump shot. Surrounded by a variety of family and friends, he is never far from two of his favorite things; rhythm and balance.

For Jaileene, a genuine desire to help people is something that's just inherent to her. In and around the office, you'll find her looking for the next best way to keep everything running smoothly. With ten years of experience under her belt in a variety of professional service firms, in combination with education from Western Business College, she's the person to turn to when you need a helping hand.
"My family and I are incredibly active in our community. We love what all organizations uniquely highlight, and how they bring awareness to areas that we might not have known about."
Outside the office, you're likely to find Jaileene spending time with her family, either on foot or on a paddle board. She's also an active volunteer in the local school districts and various community organizations including: Backpack Buddies, Kids Closet, Doernbecher Children's Hospital, Project Access Now, Habitat for Humanity, Shake It Till We Make It, and Veterans Of America, just to name a few.

Kara is more than the smiling face you see behind the front desk. She's the one who helps our firm find balance. Although somewhat new to the accounting industry, she has over 15 years of experience as an administrative assistant. After living in Buenos Aires, Argentina during her high school years, Kara studied business at Portland Community College before settling in to her professional role in her home town.
Those who cross Kara's path would describe her as a pleasant person who's always interested in the story that other's have to tell. She values integrity, responsibility, and relationships and takes the trust her clients place in her very seriously.
