Post Card Brewing Co. was founded in 2015, brewing our own beers when there was a production gap at the contract brewing company... Post Card Brewing was established in 2015 by co-owner Jonathan Spielberg. Most of the brewing that was done in the beginning focused on contract brewing customers, some were the most popular craft breweries in Dublin. After a quick start we decided to expand our facility and move from Broombridge to Ballycoolin where we met with one unforeseen delay after another, This shut down the brewery down for nearly 18 months while we moved in and set things back up. When we opened up again it was with a whimper, having lost most of our contract brewing customers we eventually closed down the company in late 2018.
