Andrew is a licensed attorney in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, and has experience in a wide variety of Real Estate matters in both states. Additionally, Andrew has worked in property management for over a decade and holds his Pennsylvania Real Estate Broker's License. His experience gives him a deep understanding of the needs of both commercial and residential property owners. Andrew has lived in Philadelphia for over 12 years and strives to make the city a better place to live. When not at work, Andrew can be found on stage playing music or enjoying time with his family.

Brandon Savran

Brandon brings five years of prior law firm experience to PLG, having practiced in land-use and real estate at Saul Ewing Arnstein & Lehr LLP and Blank Rome LLP. He provides start-to-finish legal service to land developers, from diligence to obtaining building permits, and is a zoning and subdivision specialist. He represents clients before zoning and other municipal boards in both the City of Philadelphia and its suburbs and has litigated zoning appeals in Pennsylvania's Court of Common Pleas and Commonwealth Court. Land planning and development has been a lifelong passion for Brandon. During college, he completed a half-year student externship with the Delaware Valley Regional Planning Commission. As a student at Penn Law, he received the Milton Sharp Award for excellence in the study of land-use law. With a nuanced understanding of Greater Philadelphia's different neighborhoods and townships, Brandon aims to enhance the region's vitality by bringing high-quality development projects from blueprints into reality. He does so by helping developer-clients and their consultants to craft proposals that meet the goals of elected officials and local residents alike. He takes pride in being able to counsel clients to balance flexibility in their project planning with an assertion of their property rights under the law. Brandon has years of experience with the development review process of the City of Philadelphia and has obtained permits for the new construction or renovation of the following kinds of properties, among others: Residential (from single-family homes to large apartment buildings, including conversions); Non-profits (e.g. houses of worship, grade schools, day care centers, medical offices); Restaurants (from drive-thru fast food to fine dining); Paid parking facilities; Signage of all kinds (from window graphics to illuminated tower identification); Tenant fit-outs in office buildings and shopping centers.

Katherine Wayne

Katherine began her professional career after graduating from Temple University, with a degree in Tourism & Hospitality Management. She worked as an event planner and marketing manager for a number of years with a nightlife event company, and has coordinated hundreds of events ranging from small focus groups, to assisting in large-scale concerts, with over 40,000 attendees. She has always had a knack for project management, so moving from the event world to a law firm was an easy transition. She started working in the real estate world as an administrative coordinator for a solo real estate agent, which presented a path to Pritzker Law Group. She was PLG's first full time hire, and has been with Pritzker Law Group since the beginning of 2019. She wears many hats within this company, from helping to manage social media and marketing efforts, to event planning and political fundraising, to everyday organization of a very busy firm. She has truly enjoyed being a part of Pritzker Law Group's growth, and cannot wait to see what's in store for the team in the coming years.

Rachael is a member of both the PA & NJ Bar. She received her Bachelor of Arts from The Pennsylvania State University and her Juris Doctorate from Widener University School of Law in Delaware. Rachael is the Chief Executive Officer of Pritzker Law Group, the City's only Certified Women-Owned Real Estate law firm, and is one of Philadelphia's only zoning and land-use attorneys with experience in both the private sector and Philadelphia local government, having served as Legislative Council to former Philadelphia City Councilman At-Large, Allan Domb. As CEO of Pritzker Law Group, Rachael focuses her practice on zoning, land use, public property acquisition and government relations in Philadelphia, New Jersey and the surrounding counties. Rachael has appeared in front of all major Administrative Boards and City Agencies, and has an intimate working knowledge of the City's systems and processes. Some of Rachael's most notable accomplishments include: Acknowledgement by Super Lawyers as Super Lawyer and Rising Star since 2019 One of the first 27 women appointed to the Mayor's Commission for Women - Serving on Entrepreneurship Working Group. One of the youngest female Board Members of the Building Industry Association (BIA) Over 95% variance approval rating in front of the Philadelphia Zoning Board of Adjustment - inclusive of thousands of residential units, single family homes, and commercial mixed use developments. Over 95% approval rating at the Board of Revision of Taxes for appeals and Nunc Pro Tunc approvals for tax abatements and market value tax assessment appeals. Drafted and passed major real estate related legislation through Philadelphia City Council, including encroachment ordinances, appraisal ordinances and legislative amendments.
