RECOVERY U

Recovery U is a curriculum based, long-term recovery treatment program for transitioning men with Substance Use Disorder (SUD) and other co-occurring issues... Recovery U is a six to twelve-month program or until the individual can successfully transition back into their community. Our goal is for graduates to understand the process of change, so they can live a self-sufficient, independent and successful life. The implementation of the evidence-based and proven RSAT/Therapeutic Principals will promote long-term success while providing a cohesive college campus type atmosphere of teamwork and family. This principal will bring unhealthy attitudes and behaviors to light for exposure. Understanding these insights will allow them to challenge patterns of irrational thoughts, negative attitudes, and illegal behaviors... Recovery U provides a Primary Care Physician along with a Psychiatric Registered Nurse Practitioner, which helps bring residents to a holistic approach of wellness.
