Mike is President of the firm, oversees the day-to-day financial and staffing operations, while also managing design and construction of commercial, educational, religious and data center projects. Mike co-founded Rathgeber/Goss Associates in 1991 after 14 years of practice in the metropolitan Washington area. During his 35 plus years of experience, Mike has designed or been the structural Principal-in-Charge of more than 1,000 projects. His experience includes both new structure design and designs related to existing building structures, including many that are historically significant. Projects have included all of the currently used structural systems, have been as high as 14 stories, had floor areas up to 580,000 SF, and construction values up to $100 million.

Eric is a Vice President of the firm, participates in the day-to-day financial and staffing operations, while also managing design and construction of commercial facilities and the construction phase engineering of projects. Eric co-founded Rathgeber/Goss Associates in 1991 after 9 years of practice in the metropolitan Washington area. During his 40 plus years of experience, Eric has designed or been the structural Principal-in-Charge of more than 1,000 projects. His experience includes both new structure design and designs related to existing building structures as well as specialized structures.
