The Rector High School Helping Hands Foundation was established in 2006 as a non-profit 501(c)3 organization... The Foundation is the result of a multi-generational coalition of Rector High School alumni for the purpose of helping meet the short-term financial needs of disadvantaged students attending Rector, Arkansas public schools... With guidance from school administrators, teachers and counselors, the Helping Hands Foundation provides funding through Grants to disadvantaged students for basic health care, food & school supplies.
