Steve Ross is the founder and owner of HMS. Steve has renovated many homes and maintained rental properties. Steve has a mechanical engineering degree and was a Quality Manager for 12 years prior to HMS.
Recently Steve achieved a SC Residential Builder License, not necessarily to build houses but because the Specialty Contractor License is limited to 3 categories and HMS wants to be a full service home maintenance and improvement company capable and qualified to take on any job and additionally, the Builder's License includes the authority to conduct Home Inspections as well.
