We offer private 1-1 personal training sessions, online coaching, SA Training gym wear, and a protein bar which is exclusive for clients during sessions. All sessions are with Siva Arumugam, who is the owner of SA Training. He is a REPs certified level 4 weight management and obesity specialist with over 10 years of personal training experience. He also trains clients with the following goals: strength and conditioning, building muscle mass, muscle tone and development.
