Welcome to Shenandoah County Parks & Recreation. Our mission here is to provide recreational opportunities, programs and facilities that enhance the quality of life for all within our community. We welcome everyone to enjoy the wide range of programs we offer though our Rec Guide, which we mail three times a year. SCPR will soon be switching to a new recreational software system. We hope the new software will improve the customer experience when using our on-line registration system. Our customers have spoken and we have listened! Details will be released soon.
