Dennis Giuliani

Dennis Giuliani joined School Facility Services to use his experience to help schools, churches, and institutions navigate their everyday challenges. He believes he can help these clients save money while improving their facilities management processes, as well as helping them prepare for unexpected challenges. Dennis has over twenty years of experience in successful school facilities management. He was an integral part of growing a small one-campus school of 13 acres into a two-campus school with more than 50 acres. During that time, the student population grew from 500 students to nearly 1,100. He was directly involved in budgeting, logistics, building management, risk management, transportation, and landscape management. Dennis takes great pride in and enjoys developing lasting relationships with our customers. His responsibilities include sales, communication, on-site evaluation, consulting, estimates, scheduling, and vendor relationships.
