Opening in 2014 on the Gold Coast, Simple Coffee House is owned and operated by Simon Shanahan. Having come from a background in hospitality, he dreamed of opening his own business one day where he could combine his love of customer service with good, simple and high-quality coffee and foods... Simple Coffee House is Southport's best cafe featuring high quality coffee, menu items, catering and fast and friendly customer service and Gold Coast Catering... At Simple Coffee House, our focus is clear - Simple food done well. Where possible, we use local suppliers to ensure we are continuing to support our local community. We make most of our foods (including our famous sausage rolls) in store so we can always guarantee the freshness and quality.
