SILVER SPRING PILATES

Silver Spring Pilates is an in-home private studio located just off of the beltway and Georgia Ave. It is a state-of-the-art fully equipped Pilates Studio featuring a Cadillac, 2 Reformers, 2 Towers, a High Chair, a Ped-O-Pull, and a Ladder Barrel. The studio offers private and semi private sessions. Interested in having the instructor come to you? Contact the studio for details. Clients that prefer a quiet studio with less traffic really enjoy their sessions in this space. There is space to change, free off-street parking, or, alternatively a short walk from the Forest Glen Metro station.
