Julie Lightbourn, whose family has owned the Sip Sip property for over fifty years, turned her family land into a restaurant in 2002, and thus Sip Sip was born... Sip Sip's blackboard menu changes daily, depending on what's fresh and what's in season, but their famous lobster quesadilla is always on!... Sip Sip overlooks the Atlantic Ocean on Harbour Island, Bahamas and serves Bahamian / Caribbean dishes made with fresh, local, and seasonal ingredients.
