After 18 years working in restaurants and bars around the world I decided it was time to do it myself. In 2007 the opportunity arose to do what I love best - and that's feeding people and talking! 4 years ago we moved to a bigger premises which we were lucky enough to be able to purchase a couple of years later, which now also houses the Squeeze Deli... Located in the beautiful Hebden Bridge, we choose only the best food, drinks and ingredients for our cafe and deli, from businesses and brands we love.
