Branden is the owner of Steward Financial Services and here, he helps clients plan for their financial future and addresses their many needs. He is proud to be a "Utah Man" graduating from the University of Utah with a degree in Finance. He has worked in the financial services industry for over 20 years. After learning more about what it means to be a Registered Investment Advisor (RIA), Branden knew that he wanted to start his own firm to more intimately serve his clients. This also motivated him to pursue his Accredited Investment Fiduciary® designation. His mission is to help others overcome their hardships and be able to achieve a positive future, whether that means retiring on their terms, leaving a lasting legacy, or providing their employees with a competitive benefit plan.
In addition to his daily work, Branden also recognizes the need to remain relevant for his clients and to be on top of changes in the financial and investment industries. As such, he participates in the Ed Slott Advisor Group and is a Master Elite Advisor. He is also an advisor for the Certified Buck List Plan. He is a holistic advisor that looks at his clients' entire financial picture and this continuing education helps him do that.
When not working, Branden enjoys helping others. He coaches football and teaches not only the fundamentals of the game, but larger life lessons through sports. He has given many hours serving the adults, as well as the youth, in his church. He and his wife enjoy spending time with their 3 children. You'll most often find them at the football field, at baseball diamonds, or occasionally relaxing on the boat at the lake. He loves Utah and everything that the beautiful area has to offer.

JoAnn is Steward Financial Services' assistant and she helps Branden run the firm smoothly. Her background is in client and customer services and she has worked with Branden for over eight years. She's passionate about what she does at the firm because she sees how well the firm's clients are treated and enjoys working at a company where the clients are the priority. JoAnn is from a small town in rural Utah.
JoAnn has three children and eight grandchildren who live close by and one of her greatest pleasures is being there for their dance recitals, cheer performances, football and basketball games, and more. She loves being a part of their life and chuckles at the saying "if I would have known how fun grandkids are, I would have had them first"! She's also an avid Utah Jazz fan and hasn't missed a home game in several years.
