Bryan is a Chartered Engineer and Fellow of Engineers Ireland who has spent 38 years working predominantly on major infrastructure projects in Ireland and the United Kingdom. In his career prior to Staveley and Partners, he held various positions within Consulting Engineering firms ranging from Senior Geotechnical Engineer on a UK motorway project to Project Resident Engineer on major highways schemes in Ireland. In his capacity as a Chartered Engineer, this experience of managing and delivering infrastructure projects has proven to be invaluable in his role as Managing Director of Staveley and Partners.

Declan joined Staveley and Partners in 2018. He is a construction engineer with 20 years of professional experience working on building construction and civil engineering projects. Declan has specialised in providing technical advisory services to public sector clients during the construction phase of projects. He is very experienced dealing with construction contract claims and disputes, land acquisition negotiations, stakeholder liaison, the preparation and evaluation of public works contract tender documentation and fulfilling the client's site representative role for major civil engineering & maintenance contracts.
