Andreas Häberli - CTO

Since 2002, Andreas Häberli has been active in various roles in the field of learning and has thus been involved in this area of CREALOGIX AG since its inception. During his extra-occupational studies of computer science and MAS in software engineering, he worked as a software developer. He was significantly involved in programming the first WBT with AICC and SCORM communication for a major bank. Afterwards, he dedicated himself to the development of the learning platform TRACKER and accompanied various integration projects with customers including connections to other systems. He is currently responsible for the technical structure of the Swiss Learning Hub and is doing everything in his power to bring learning into the cloud together with the software engineering team.

Claudia Schoch

Claudia Schoch has been working in the finance and human resource areas for over 20 years. Before joining Swiss Learning Hub, she worked for 15 years in the advocacy field and then for 5 years in the real estate sector, holding leading finance and HR positions. In parallel to her career, she completed the Finance and Accounting Professional Certification, the HR Professional Certificate and, in order to strengthen her organizational and leadership skills, the EMBA study program. She joined the SLH team in August 2023. Her know-how and experience will strengthen our internal processes and she will strive to further develop them in an operational and service-oriented way.

Hanspeter Thür - CEO

Hanspeter Thür worked for more than 30 years in various expert functions and management positions in Switzerland and abroad for a large Swiss bank. Most recently, he was responsible for a Swiss region. Hanspeter Thür holds various mandates in supervisory and advisory committees in the fields of education, sustainable energy and the fintech industry. Since April 1, he has been managing Skill Solutions AG. Together with Swiss Learning Hub, a comprehensive provider of solutions to overcome the shortage of skilled workers through training and recruitment is being built.

Helena Tischler

During her extra-occupational studies as an engineer in technical computer science, Helena Tischler worked as a service manager and business process engineer for a major bank. Between 2002 and 2007 she worked as a software developer and project manager in various industries and subsequently took over the management of development at the Yellow Pages. With the move to CREALOGIX in 2011, she led the software engineering team of the EVENTO product suite. Since 2015, Helena Tischler has been working as Head Campus Management with her motivated and competent team and a strong customer and service orientation for the further development of EVENTO and EVENTO Planer.

Michael Kurz

After more than twelve years in various positions at a leading vocational school, where Michael Kurz was responsible for the digitalization of the educational programs, among other things, he moved to Swiss Learning Hub AG in 2018. Between 1997 and 2018, Michael Kurz worked as Head of the Orange Center, as a consultant for Goldwyn Partners Group AG, as eLearning Manager at the Hotel Management School Lucerne, and much more. His extensive practical experience is rounded off by training and further education as a qualified financial economist and practical psychologist.

Roland Gmür

After studying electrical engineering at the HSR and obtaining degrees in computer science and business administration, Roland Gmür worked as a software developer, project manager and profit center manager. After joining CREALOGIX in 2001, he led the Software Engineering department for three years. From 2004, he was mainly responsible for the development, marketing and product management of software products and complete solutions in the training environment. He currently leads the Vocational Education division and is responsible for the further expansion of time2learn's market position.
