Tech2 Solutions (T2S) is an unpopulated joint venture formed by venture partners Sealaska Technical Services LLC (STS) and Tetra Tech, Inc. under the SBA's 8(a) mentor-protégé program. STS entered the Small Business Administration's (SBA) 8(a) Business Development Program ("8(a) Program") on August 15, 2014, and remains a participant in good standing. Tetra Tech, an acknowledged large business, is a publicly traded corporation that provides consulting, engineering, program management, construction management, and technical services worldwide. The SBA approved Tetra Tech as STS's mentor on October 23, 2015. STS and Tetra Tech thereafter formed Tech2 Solutions on February 15, 2016.
