After years of working with seniors pastors and their staff, we have come to realize many churches have big visions and too few resources to bring the vision to fruition. We work with churches to establish practical plans to accomplish the vision, and then we staff the plan. We train volunteer and paid staff. We train leaders. We work with a variety of businesses in a variety of industries, including: HVAC, construction, legal, art, food service, real estate, accounting and hair salon. We manage small property portfolios.
