When Toast first opened the doors of our Montclair, NJ location in May of 2007 the mantra was simple: "Peace, Love, & Pancakes." While Toast has since expanded, opening locations in Downtown Asbury Park, Red Bank and Cranford, the restaurant's foundation remains the same. Our mantra isn't just a cute catch phrase that looks good on t-shirts. Those three words are the (not-so-secret) ingredients that help make every dining experience at Toast stand out.
