LBC Irwindale, LLC (LBC) began operations in early 2011 with the purchase of a property (5.5 acres) and a construction debris recycling business located in Ontario, California. LBC charges fees for the dumping of construction debris and then converts the debris into sellable aggregate products. The business has grown steadily over the past few years in both volume and profitability, and a significant investment has been made in portable crushing equipment and loaders. The crushing equipment allows LBC to manufacture sellable aggregate products from the dumped construction debris on its own property as well as provide contract crushing services to others. The loaders are used in conjunction with crushing operations, dumping operations and the loading of trucks with manufactured products.
