Dr. Borneman retired from a career at Standard Homeopathic Company and Hyland's Inc., where he had been since 1987. He also serves on the boards of Apparo LLC, a developer of novel plant-based extraction technologies, the Homeopathic Pharmacopeia of the United States as its Chairman, and the Consumer Healthcare Products Association as its Audit Committee Chair. Borneman is an emeritus director of The Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine and Health Sciences, and The National Center for Homeopathy. She began her career as a staff pharmacist at our nation's first hospital, Pennsylvania Hospital, becoming the Assistant Director of Pharmacy in 1984.
