Hendricks has spent her career as a tax professional with U.S. and international responsibilities helping companies implement tax strategies and analyze complex situations. She has a successful and extensive track record of working with senior management while managing various tax and accounting related projects. Since January 2015, Hendricks has been with Dow Jones/News Corp serving as VP Head of Tax at Dow Jones since 2018. Prior to that role, she was a senior director of tax planning and reporting at Tyco International, Inc. in Princeton, N.J., where she began in 2005, helping senior leadership to manage various national and international tax planning projects, developing global tax planning strategies, and managing cross-functional teams. Hendricks joined Tyco after eight years with Unisys Corporation. Other stops on her career path include ARCO Chemical Company, Basell Polyolefins, and Ernst & Young. She has been a certified public account since 1985.

Dr. Johnson is currently a Managing Consultant in Organizational Excellence at ChristianaCare Health System in Newark, Delaware, where she is responsible for driving process improvement initiatives across a complex healthcare delivery system with approximately 13,000 employees. Prior to joining ChristianaCare, Dr. Johnson was the Director of Clinical Development Process Improvement at AstraZeneca Pharmaceuticals based in Sweden. Dr. Johnson also was a process improvement leader at myriad institutions including Michelin Tire Corporation, Westinghouse Electric Company, Monsanto, Hercules, and PPG Industries. Dr. Johnson obtained her PhD, MS, and BS in Chemical Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh, and an MBA from Wilmington University. She is also a certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt. Dr. Johnson is a pioneer and in 1997, she made history as the first African American (male or female) to earn a PhD in Engineering (all majors) at the University of Pittsburgh in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

Dr. Borneman retired from a career at Standard Homeopathic Company and Hyland's Inc., where he had been since 1987. He also serves on the boards of Apparo LLC, a developer of novel plant-based extraction technologies, the Homeopathic Pharmacopeia of the United States as its Chairman, and the Consumer Healthcare Products Association as its Audit Committee Chair. Borneman is an emeritus director of The Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine and Health Sciences, and The National Center for Homeopathy. He also serves as a member of the Board of Visitors of Philadelphia College of Pharmacy. Dr. Borneman earned bachelor's and master's degrees in chemistry from St. Joseph's University as well as an MBA with a concentration in finance from the University. He subsequently earned his Ph.D. from the Department of Health Policy and Public Health at USciences. His research interests are in the health policy considerations of healthcare access and Complementary and Alternative Medicine (CAM).
Ritchie joined Tishman Speyer in 2021 to drive business development with a specific focus on creating more diverse and inclusive communities and relationships across their platform, and to provide thought leadership on Diversity and Inclusion within company culture. Prior to joining Tishman Speyer, he was Senior Vice President for development at Brandywine Realty Trust. He has also worked for Trammell Crow Company, Deloitte, and as the founding CEO of the City of Newark's economic development corporation under Mayor Cory Booker. Hemsley last served as deputy general counsel for Trinity Health, one of the largest health systems in the United States, focusing on mergers and regulatory matters. Prior to its 2014 merger into Trinity, Hemsley served as executive vice president and general counsel for Catholic Health East ("CHE"), a healthcare system operating in 11 states for several years, also serving as CHE's system corporate compliance officer, providing oversight and guidance to compliance officers and boards across its regional subsidiaries. Prior to joining CHE, Hemsley spent more than 20 years in private practice, last as a partner and chair of the health law department at Wolf, Block, LLP. Since 2009, Howard has served as CEO and investor at Advanced Pharmacy Services, Inc., in Houston, Texas. A private equity-financed institutional pharmacy services company, Advanced Pharmacy Services provides prescription medications to skilled nursing centers. A graduate of the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania in 1971 with a degree in corporate finance, Howard began his career at Fidelity Bank where he was a vice president. Keyack has devoted her career to the practice of pharmacy in the acute care hospital setting, having served patients at Shore Medical Center since March 2011. Previously, Keyack worked at Virtua for 18 years where she held various positions within the organization including Assistant Vice President of Pharmacy Services, Clinical Resource Manager and Information Systems Director. She began her career as a staff pharmacist at our nation's first hospital, Pennsylvania Hospital, becoming the Assistant Director of Pharmacy in 1984. Keyack has devoted much of her hospital pharmacy career to medication safety initiatives and has been influential in the implementation of numerous programs and strategies including Smart Infusion Pumps and Electronic Health Record projects. She has also successfully implemented a comprehensive clinical pharmacy program, aligned with quality and patient safety, based on evidence based pharmacy models and holds a Green Belt in Six Sigma methodology. In the Delaware Valley, Keyack is considered to be a leader in hospital pharmacy management and has served as co-chair of the NJ Quality Improvement Advisory Committee. She is also on the Board of Trustees for Samaritan Healthcare and Hospice of Mt. Laurel, NJ.

Hoy graduated from the Philadelphia College of Pharmacy (now University of the Sciences in Philadelphia) with a degree in Pharmacy and also earned a Business Certificate from the Wharton School. She maintains her pharmacy license in Pennsylvania, and has practiced in hospital and community pharmacy. Shortly after graduating, Hoy joined Merck & Co., Inc. where she enjoyed a successful 35 year career. Her career spanned four divisions: Operations, Marketing, Merck Medco/Managed Care, Sales/Account Management. Major accomplishments include: Charter member of Merck Vaccine Division, cementing the company's strategic focus on public health; led the division's response to measles epidemic, successfully implementing new CDC guidelines with launch of Merck's first-ever DTC campaign; established and led innovative sales team dedicated to retail pharmacy customer base. Advanced Merck's legacy in public health by supporting activities to train and advocate for pharmacist administered vaccinations, advancing the role of pharmacists in delivery of healthcare services; directed and implemented modified supply chain strategies, resulting in significant efficiency enhancements for Merck and for customers, and changing the industry business model; and sponsored cross divisional initiative to re-design labels for Merck products, enhancing patient safety by reducing potential for dispensing errors. Published project design and results, with recognition received from FDA and external patient advocacy groups. Hoy is married to Michael R. Hoy, PhD and they have two children, Jennifer and Daniel. In her retirement, Hoy focuses her energies in the following areas: healthcare advocacy, church ministry, reading, home decorating, world travel and serving on the Board of Trustees for the University of the Sciences in Philadelphia.

Dr. Wetherill is currently the Vice President, Pharmacy Services for ChristianaCare Health System and is retired from the US Army Reserves with more than 22 years of experience in a variety of operational pharmacy and management roles. Prior to his current position, he served as the Director of Pharmacy Supply Chain/Automation and as the Director of Inpatient Operations at the ChristianaCare Wilmington Campus. Dr. Wetherill also serves as a preceptor for pharmacy students at Thomas Jefferson University and USciences. He remains an active member of the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists. Dr. Wetherill is a decorated military officer. He was stationed in Germany, Bosnia, Kosovo, and Ft. Benning Georgia, eventually rising to the rank of Lieutenant Colonel. During his military career, Dr. Wetherill received a variety of medals and service ribbons. After his active duty time, Dr. Wetherill stayed active in the US Army Reserves. His last position prior to retirement was at Ft. Dix, NJ, where he spent 5 years as a Command and General Staff College Instructor. He was named US Army Reserve Pharmacist of the Year in 2013.
