Federica D'Armento is the enthusiastic partner, the trusted advisor to work with when it comes to digital marketing and people development. As a Digital Consultant she has developed a valuable business acumen over nearly 15 years going from traditional to digital advertising, and she joined the client-side of the business after spending almost 5 years with Google, at their EMEA HQ in Dublin. Malcom Glenn is a Hone Coach and an organizational consultant, writer, speaker, and public policy and communications specialist. Malcom has spent his career building partnerships between corporations, nonprofits, and governments, and telling the stories of the impact of that work. Miguel Baumann is a serial entrepreneur, corporate manager, and certified leadership coach. Nicole Bliss is a client strategy leader and executive coach. After close to a decade of successfully leading account strategy teams in the digital marketing space, Nicole realized her greatest sources of joy came from helping her co-workers and peers become more self-aware and helping them grow as unique individuals and leaders. This shift in focus grew out of a realization that Nicole could be doing life better. She developed all the president's keynote speeches to communicate Intel Japan‘s vision and strategy for both internal and external audiences. She was also in charge of employee communication to convey strategic messages from the Intel executives and Intel Japan President. She is also a dedicated professional with more than 10 years of experience in improving employee productivity and efficiency. She led a transformation in working styles of employees including the management team by maximization of IT utilization and also led many projects for resource optimization and system development & implementation at Asia wide.
Valerie is an executive coach with 20+ years of experience in high growth and high-tech firms in Silicon Valley and San Francisco. She partners with leaders and their teams to help them maximize their performance and work brilliantly with others, both within and beyond their organizations.
Valerie provides one-to-one coaching, team development facilitation, and group coaching on leadership development programs. She has managed large, complex global teams in supply chain, manufacturing production, business operations and HR. Valerie has a BS in Human Development from the University of California. She is a certified coach (CPCC) and has numerous specialty certifications. Valerie lives in Sonoma County, San Francisco with her family, loves to travel and is an avid reader.

Wendy Bedborough is an ICF Professional Certified Coach, (currently preparing for MCC accreditation!). With a background as an HR Professional and Fellowship of the CIPD, I've focused on Learning and Development for the last 20 years. Since 2008 I have run my own business from my home in the Cotswolds in the UK. I work across sectors and geographies with a wide variety of organisations. Someone far smarter than me once said: "love what you do and you'll never work a day in your life" … luckily for me most weeks it feels like that! Fun fact: In the same week, I facilitated workshops in a nuclear bunker in Norway for NATO and in the Headquarters of the Space Agency - I felt like I was in a sci-fi film set. I am also a Professional Highland and Scottish National Dance Teacher and Adjudicator (now retired).
