Heather Griffin provides leadership and oversight to Veridikal's client services team and related functional areas. Having acquired decades of practical pharmacy experience prior to joining Veridikal, Heather truly understands our customer's unique needs and passionately serves as both a resource and champion for our client partners, ensuring that they receive the best possible service and solutions. Having once been a Veridikal customer herself, Heather believes strongly that our approach to customer service excellence is what fosters the many long lasting client relationships Veridikal enjoys.
Heather is based in Central Florida, and outside of work is a busy wife and mom to two teens; and her hobbies include reading, photography, and exploring the beaches and springs in her beautiful home state. Heather holds a BS in Management and is nearing completion of her MBA, both from Post University.

Jeff Maxwell serves in a leadership and oversight role for Veridikal's Project Management, IT Development, and Finance teams. Jeff actively works to identify new partnerships, products, and solutions as to integrate them operationally to drive improved margin and operational efficiencies for our clients and vendors. He engages to build and foster relationships with our industry partners and spurs continuous network development to ensure growth and stability of our company. Before landing at Veridikal, Jeff worked over 22 years in the LTC and Retail pharmacy space and has over 30 years total in the pharmacy industry space.
Jeff is based in Arizona, and he and his wife enjoy travel, attending concerts, and spending time with their family. Jeff holds a BS in Communications and a Business minor from Arizona State University.
Scott Nelson currently oversees the general growth, development, technology, and sales of the company. Having been in the industry for over 15 years Scott brings practical pharmacy knowledge and experience to help lead the Veridikal team and garner meaningful partnerships with pharmacies and industry partners alike. Prior to Veridikal, Scott worked within the independent and chain pharmacy space as well as the PBM industry. This experience allows Scott and his team to help pharmacies level the playing field when dealing with the many opportunities within the PBM and pharmacy industry.
Scott is based in Northern Utah and outside of work is involved in coaching his kid's youth sports as well as spending time with his wife, Nicole. Scott's hobbies include traveling, snowboarding, golf and running. Scott holds a BS in Public health from Utah Sate University.
