Nancy Miller has been with Vinna Human Resources since its beginning in 2018 and has worked in the industry for over 10 years. Nancy loves living in Minnesota and watching the farm fields change colors with the seasons. Rural Minnesota is a great place to raise a family. Nancy Miller has successfully worked with small businesses, financial institutions, education, contractors, landscapers, non-profit, corrections and government organizations. Her skill set and insight allow her to work with employers to develop their leaders and strengthen employee performance. Working with companies to establish a cost-effective staffing structure and to help streamline the organization, she strives for a positive experience for the business and its employees. Nancy has a keen eye for the bottom line and is strategic with compensation and compliance. Her strengths provide her with the ability to be adaptable to diverse environments and a variety of businesses. Nancy has a B.S. in Business Administration and Communication and a M.A. in Human Resource Management. She has certifications from the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) and the Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI) Nancy has a passion for service and volunteers her time to the Willmar YMCA and her church. She loves keeping up with her five grown children and adores any time with her grandchildren.
