WILLIAMS SITE CIVIL - Key Persons
Drew Williams, both civil engineers by trade, established the first of the Williams family of companies, A.P. Williams, in 1994. Over the decades this firm has earned its reputation for construction excellence through high quality work, transparency, and its customer-centric approach. In 2000, the brothers founded Mainline Excavating to add to the portfolio of services they could offer to their clients, building additional value to the project and providing greater control over the final result.
The driving force behind the Williams family of companies has always been to apply our expansive knowledge and understanding of construction to build high-quality, cost- effective projects that work for our clients. As part of this goal, they established Williams Site Civil in 2017 as a natural extension of their construction expertise. By offering value-oriented site civil engineering services, WSC builds savings into the earliest stages of the project, when many of the most cost-effective decisions can be made.
Today, the Williams family of companies continues to grow. For many years, A.P. Williams had offered development as an enhanced service to its customers. In 2019, Paul and Drew formalized this offering, establishing Williams Development Partners to help our clients through the complex stages of development and financing.
