WOODLANDS PRESCHOOL

We are located on Lavenham Way, adjacent to Trinity CEVAP Primary School. We are open during the school holidays and offer additional holiday childcare for working parents, these sessions are open for children aged 2-11 years old... We concentrate on the prime areas of the EYFS - Personal, Social and Emotional: being kind and considerate to one another, sharing, taking turns, Communication and Language: through the use of books, songs, rhymes, puppets and role play and Physical Development: this includes the big muscle groups for kicking, throwing, running, pedalling etc, the smaller muscle groups such as hands and fingers by using malleable materials such as play dough and also learning to take care of themselves with support for toilet training, good role modelling in personal hygiene such as hand washing and talking about and promoting healthy eating. Outside play features in our every day life at Woodlands with access to our outside area available at all times as we are a free..
