Alejandro thrives under a good challenge. The feeling of knowing issues are resolved drives his passion for what he does. Alejandro strives to find efficient ways to get a job done but without compromising the quality; admiring the final product after it is completed knowing he and his team worked hard for the results. When his hard hat comes off, Alejandro is the definition of a family man. He loves traveling with his family, exploring new places and trying new foods. He enjoys watching soccer games and just hanging out with the people he cares about most.
Ben is a Senior at Pittsburg State University; Home of the Gorillas! Ben is studying Construction Management. In his time off, Ben is nowhere short of adventurous and outgoing. Enjoying hobbies such as fishing, camping, hiking, traveling, quality time with family & friends, and of course cheering for the Chiefs. Ben is excited and passionate to learn as well as contribute as much as he can this summer.

Don't let those glasses fool you. Behind that carefully pressed shirt and trim haircut is a show-stealing guitar player who dreams of one day becoming a rock star. Lucky for us, Greg's just as passionate about his day job. Whether he's working on an estimate or analyzing answers to come up with the best solution possible, Greg thrives on efficiency and loves the rush of a job well done. He's also a fan of craft beers, four-wheeling, hiking in the Colorado mountains, and his wife (although not necessarily in that order).
Kyle has never met a Kansas City sport he didn't like. This die-hard Chiefs and Royals fan has high hopes that we'll also have an NBA team again one day. In fact, the only thing Kyle enjoys more than cheering for the home team is working with the community around it. Kyle thrives on challenges, new experiences, and watching our work visually transforms clients' spaces. He also has a thing for being on the golf course. If only we had a professional golf team too…
Organized and attention to detail is what you can expect while working with Liz! She prides herself in her work; and, whether it's inspiring a new dish in the kitchen at home, or helping to transform her client's spaces, perfectionism is to be expected. Energetic and fast paced in the workplace to ensure your needs are met in a timely manner. When she's not out meeting with new customer's, you can find Liz outside with her dog Chief… named after the greatest sports franchise…or at the lake on the boat with her husband.
It's rare to hear Rachele say she is bored, if you do, it won't be long before she does something to change that. Rachele is a spontaneous weekend traveler seeking out the sun and beaches. She's the oldest sibling of a family full of adventurers. When she isn't organizing family excursions she is planning our team's meetings and events; always aiming to exceed expectations. Rachele knows no boundaries when it comes to getting things done; she enjoys the challenge and the opportunity to learn new skills. Although multi-tasking may come second nature to her, she will always take time to enjoy the moment whether that be at a local sporting event or kayaking with her pup, Jax.
As an avid sports fan, there are few athletic activities that RJ hasn't tried. A former national champion collegiate athlete himself, RJ is no stranger to competitive challenges and thrives in a fast-paced working environment. Meticulous in nature, he prides himself in mastering the details in order to ensure that each project is a success. RJ never lacks energy and won't shy away from the toughest of challenges. In his free time, you will most likely find RJ at the golf course, relaxing by the pool, or personally exploring each and every brewery that the Kansas City area has to offer.
Troy thrives on solving complex project challenges and seeing a job done well. Combining innovation and out of the box ideas he is eager to identify solutions and improve our processes. In his free time, you can catch him on the golf course, tinkering with his cars, or cheering on the Chiefs. Whether working together on a project or grabbing a beer for happy hour, you're going to like spending time with Troy.
For someone who loves beach vacations "with nothing planned," Will sure thrives on being busy. Ever the engineer, Will is passionate about finding answers to problems and is always on the lookout for great ideas. When he's not planning the "what's next" for Treadwell, you might find Will on the golf course, or honing his driving skills on the track.
