Kyle Brooksher

Kyle is responsible for strategy, technology management and project leadership for Zipline. His background incorporates teaching, content development, web research, educational sales and marketing, and organization of youth programs. Previously, Kyle has been a search engine optimization specialist, education consultant, kindergarten teacher, and a youth leader for churches in Colorado and Washington State.

Rikki Lee

A high school teacher by training, Rikki has more than 20 years of experience designing and developing adult learning and online learning programs and ensuring their effectiveness. As the former Director of Course Development and Production at NCTI, she either developed or managed the development of dozens of successful corporate training programs. During her extensive career, Rikki has also been a professional writer, editor and trainer for various businesses and publications. She holds an M.Ed., Curriculum and Instruction, from the University of New Orleans.

Tom Brooksher - CEO, President

Tom has more than 20 years of experience designing and developing learning programs and leading companies to execute them. He is an expert in distance learning for adults and has been involved in producing online learning programs for more than 10 years. He was the President and CEO at National Cable Television Institute, the largest provider of broadband technical training in the world, and led the company's conversion to a fully online delivery model. During his 12-year tenure at NCTI (which later became Jones/NCTI), Tom doubled the company's suite of products, created a custom services practice, and implemented an information tools business unit. Tom has always had a special interest in new, more effective learning methodologies that reduce learning time while increasing application and retention of knowledge and skills.
