Ali is a former police detective at Police Scotland, specialising in child protection. She is currently a student primary school teacher at Queen Margaret University. As a bereaved parent, her three children have accessed services at Richmond's Hope.

Carol is a Head teacher at Hillwood Primary in Edinburgh. She also volunteers with Girlguiding and has held various roles across the organisation as well as leading a weekly Guide meeting

Isla graduated from Edinburgh Napier University with a degree in Criminology. She is a Support and Advocacy Worker for Scottish Borders Rape Crisis Centre. Isla received bereavement support from Richmond's Hope when she was a child.
