Andrew has a commercial and financial background and has been managing and developing health and social care businesses since 1993 including in case management, domiciliary care, primary and secondary care. Previously a director and shareholder of Anglia Case Management Ltd, a provider of case management and expert witness services. In 2017 Andrew was appointed Managing Director of the Case Management Division of Active Assistance Group which was the largest group of Case Management businesses in the UK at the time. Andrew has 5 grown up children and when not working enjoys time with his family and golf and water sports.

Bob Gunn - Chairman

Bob has thirty five years' experience in the nursing and residential care sector as a principal, expert advisor and providing management services. Bob's eldest daughter suffered a catastrophic brain injury in 2010 which increased his awareness of the importance and value of services provided to individuals with life-changing injuries. CLARE EMERY

Clare is a case manager for children and young people following birth injuries or acquired brain injury. In this role she acts as an advocate for children and their families, co-ordinating their care needs and therapies, and making recommendations and sourcing necessary equipment and adaptations. Clare also works as an independent expert witness, she prepares medico-legal reports for the Court and is well experienced in attending and participating in case conferences and expert meetings.

I have worked in Human Resources for the last 17 years, gaining experience across a number of sectors. Whilst working, I studied part time and became Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) qualified in 2009. In my role as HR Generalist, I provide support and guidance to our Case Managers, Team Leaders and clients who manage their own support team. My role with Integrated Case Management is varied and I cover areas including, but not limited to employment, training and development, recruitment, payroll and ensuring that we remain compliant in line with our CQC requirements. JULIE STYLES-COOPER

Julie qualified as a Physiotherapist in 1982 and has expertise in trauma, brain injury and neurological conditions. Working with adults and children in the NHS and private sectors in both clinical and community settings. Julie has worked as a Case Manager since 2016, specialising in paediatric amputees, brain injury and cerebral palsy. Julie is experienced in the specialist assessment and planning interventions for clients with multi-pathology and complex presentation to ensure they receive the services that they are entitled to and achieve their maximum level of independence and function. Julie has vast experience working within a multidisciplinary team to ensure that clients gain the most appropriate support and guidance which allows for a successful rehabilitation programme to be implemented. Julie has organised, co-ordinated and managed packages of care and is able to be flexible and adaptable to meet the individual needs of the client. Julie is an excellent communicator and can build strong supportive therapeutic relationships with clients, carers, families, and other health professionals. Julie is sensitive to the needs of her clients and their families as they adjust to their potentially life-changing injuries. LAURA MADDICKS

Laura specialises in working with clients who have experienced life changing catastrophic injuries, in particular multiple trauma, amputees and spinal injuries. She is also specialised in pain management having been responsible for the persistent pain management service in Portsmouth for a number of years. Laura has excellent communication and interpersonal skills. She is experienced in assessing and managing care teams and ensuring her clients receive the best possible support and care so they are able to achieve their maximum level of potential. Laura has highly efficient assessment skills and is client centred. She is also solution focused, identifying clients' needs and problem solving whilst recognising the need for individualised rehabilitation programmes to enable her clients to return to their preinjury hobbies and activities or enabling them to discover new ones. Laura uses a goal centred approach empowering her clients and their families/carers to be actively engaged in the rehabilitation journey. Laura recognises the psychological impact of catastrophic injuries as well as the physical injuries and supports her clients with compassion and empathy. Laura qualified as a Physiotherapist in 1995 from The University of Bath and completed a Master's degree at the University of Brighton in Manipulative Physiotherapy in 2011. She has a wealth of knowledge and experience in the medico-legal sector, both in clinical and operational posts. Lizanne is committed to ensuring that her clients and those of Integrated Case Management receive the highest quality of care and rehabilitation to enable them to achieve their maximum level of potential and independence. Lizanne is also passionate about the continuing professional development of case managers at Integrated Case Management, ensuring that there is continuous on-going support, regular pro-active mentorship and excellent training. Louise Denzel Case

Louise works with adults who have sustained brain injuries and multi trauma complex injuries including amputations and orthopaedic injuries. She enjoys working with all age groups, but especially younger adults and adolescents who are transitioning into adulthood. She values each client's individual lifestyle choices and considers the wider impact of her client's injuries on their responsibilities and choices for work, leisure and family life, including childcare. Louise qualified as an occupational therapist at the University of Derby in 1998. She has over 20 years of clinical experience, working in hospital, community and social care settings. In 2010 Louise began working as a case manager for people who have brain injuries. Louise previously led her own Case Management Company for almost 10 years. Whilst running this company Louise prepared for CQC registration which has consolidated the practical knowledge Louise has with ensuring directly employed care is safe and well managed. Her role is to co-ordinate the care, rehabilitation, vocational and housing needs of clients and provide support to their families. Many of the clients she works with have a complex presentation of physical, psychological and cognitive needs and Louise engages therapy teams and privately employed or agency care packages, identifying the most appropriate solution. Louise has worked as a care expert witness since 2006 preparing reports for litigation and has extensive experience of attending case conferences and participating in expert meetings. LOUISE STUBBS

Louise qualified as an Occupational Therapist in 1996 and has worked in the NHS, in acute and rehabilitation settings, in clients' own homes and in the care home setting. She is a dedicated and experienced Occupational Therapist and Case Manager who has worked with people of all ages. The clients that Louise has worked with have a wide range of needs, presenting with multiple pathologies. She excels when working with clients to overcome the effects of disability. Louise has extensive experience of managing a team of professional and support staff. She has managed a team of 20 staff which has given her excellent and effective communication skills, enabling her to deal with difficult situations. Louise has regularly executed her skills in conflict resolution. Within this team leader role, she was required to manage and prioritise her time, making autonomous decisions. NAOMI GRIFFITHS

Naomi has worked as a Case Manager since 2011, specialising in children and adults with catastrophic injuries. Naomi qualified as an Occupational Therapist in 1998 and began her career in statutory services, specialising in equipment assessment and provision and working with the wider team to secure adaptations for children and adults with physical disabilities. This varied caseload of clients enabled her to develop her assessment skills and work collaboratively to design small adaptations and larger building work to meet the needs of the client, their families and carers. Following a 6 month break to travel in 2000, Naomi then worked for a number of different organisations, including an NHS community paediatric services, a Special School for children with moderate learning disabilities and a private company which specialises in the assessment and provision of dynamic lycra splinting for children and adults with neurological deficits. These roles enabled her to work as part of multi-disciplinary teams including Speech and Language Therapists, Physiotherapists, Play therapists, Rehabilitation Engineers, Social Workers and Psychologists. In 2003 Naomi joined the Occupational Therapy team at Chailey Heritage Clinical Services. Here she undertook regular treatment sessions with children and young adults with complex disabilities with a particular interest in assistive technology and play. She also participated and then lead the Posture and Seating Clinics, coordinating the large team of professionals, setting goals and ensuring their implementation. Over her 27 years' of working as an occupational therapist, Pippa has specialised in the assessment and treatment of clients with complex needs following an acquired brain injury. She has a particular interest in cognitive and behavioural difficulties, working with highly challenging clients and demanding situations. Pippa has worked as a case manager since 2011 and has supported numerous clients and families from the acute stages of injury right through to post settlement of legal cases. This first-hand experience has given her a thorough awareness of the many different stages, processes, and services that clients have to go through, as well as a comprehensive understanding of the litigation procedure. Pippa is honest and approachable with her clients and their families, being aware of the need for ongoing communication and day-to-day consistency at what can be a traumatic time in their lives. Pippa is able to grasp an individual's goals and work in a flexible way to achieve improved outcomes. She often looks for new and innovative methods to educate her clients in a way they'll understand, with the aim to engage them in their rehabilitation journey fully. This assists our case managers in supporting their clients and strengthens the collaborative nature of working cohesively with solicitors and insurers; providing detailed and accurate reports as well as effective and efficient communication.
